Below are 2008 weekly rental rates for the Farmhouse and Cottage. Prices are listed in Euros but we also accept payment in US dollars--please contact Le Mascaret for information. If you are interested in booking Le Mascaret, e-mail to Le Mascaret. Rental Conditions can be found here. A 30% deposit is needed to book a reservation with the balance of the rental due 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Deposit and payment can be made via direct deposit to our bank account in France or by cheque. In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to rent the property and, if we manage to do so, will gladly return your full payment--minus any advertising/handling cost. Linen, cleaning, and electricity are all included in the rental.
If you would like to rent the Farmhouse but have exclusive use of the pool and property (Cottage not rented) please contact Le Mascaret for pricing.

Weekly rentals begin on Saturdays after 4:00 PM and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 AM
