Availability |

| Le
Mascaret is available spring to autumn; we do not rent over the winter season Saturday is the changeover day with guests expected to arrive after 4:00 PM and to depart by 10:00 AM. |
|
Booking |
|
A booking request will be held for up to seven days and confirmed via
e-mail once a deposit of 30% of the total rental is received at Le Mascaret. |
|
Inclusions |
|
| Listed
rental rates are per-week and inclusive of all linen and towels. Electricity, water, and gas are all included in the rental. Smoking is limited to outside areas only. Access to the property is provided on the basis of a set number of occupants. Any increase in the number of guests must be approved beforehand. |

Cancellation |
|
| If you are forced to cancel your reservation your deposit and additional payments made will be held. We will make every effort to rent the property to another party and, if successful, your full payment including deposit will be returned to you. | |
Cleaning and Security Deposit |
|
| Upon
arrival you are requested to provide our property manager with a security
deposit in the amount of €200. Assuming there are no damages to the
property, these funds will be returned to you promptly at departure time. There is no separate charge for the cleaning of the property. However, it is expected that the property will be left in a clean & tidy condition upon departure. In the event of problems with the cleanliness conditions of the property at departure, cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit. |
